Who is responsible for your data

Avelridge Technologies S.L. is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. You can reach us at privacy@avelridge.com.

What we collect and why

We only collect the details you send us through the contact form or by email: your name, work email, company, company size, preferred language and the description of your workflow. We use them to reply to your enquiry and, if you ask us to, to prepare a fit assessment or proposal.

Legal basis

Your consent when you submit the form, and the steps needed before entering into a contract at your request (Art. 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b) GDPR).

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to handle your enquiry. If no working relationship follows, we delete it within 12 months. If one does, we keep it for the period required by law.

Who can see it

Only our team and the providers that host this website and our email, under data processing agreements and within the European Economic Area wherever possible. We never sell or share your details for marketing.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, or object to its processing, by writing to privacy@avelridge.com. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at aepd.es.

Cookie policy

This website does not use tracking, advertising or analytics cookies, and it does not load fonts or scripts from third parties. Your browser may keep strictly necessary technical data to display the site correctly; this requires no consent under the LSSI-CE.
