How soon will we see results?
The initial assessment takes 48 hours. Discovery usually takes two to four weeks, and most clients have their first system in daily use about three months after we start.
What does a project cost?
Discovery has a fixed scope and a fixed price. After that, each build phase is priced separately based on the savings it is expected to bring, so you can decide with the numbers in front of you.
Do we have to replace the tools we already use?
Usually not. We connect and extend the tools you have, and only suggest replacing one when it clearly costs more than it is worth.
Who owns the code and the data?
You do. Systems can run on your own servers or on servers in the EU, and full documentation is included with every hand-over.
How do you make sure an AI assistant gives correct answers?
We limit what it can do. It works from approved content, shows its sources, checks how confident it is and hands the conversation to a person when needed. Every action is logged. Where an answer has to be exact, the assistant sends a pre-approved text instead of writing its own.
What happens after launch?
We monitor, maintain and improve the system under a support agreement, and report results against the measurements we took before the project started.
Do you work with companies outside Spain?
Yes. We are based in Barcelona and work with companies across Europe and further afield, in English, Spanish, Hebrew and Hungarian.
